Beyoncé's Grammy Performance Will Be ''Spectacular''

Klaudia//February 7, 2015
You're not alone if you can't wait to watch Beyoncé take the stage at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards this Sunday.

Following the exciting announcement earlier this week, we've been dying for any details on the 33-year-old singer's upcoming performance—and wondering how in the heck she's going to top last year's Grammy opener when she kicked off the show with husband Jay Z with a super-sexy rendition of her hit "Drunk In Love" (not to mention her jaw-dropping performance at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards).

So, of course, when we caught up with President/CEO of The Recording Academy Neil Portnow at the Billboard Power 100 Celebration in Beverly, Hills last night, we had to get him to spill the beans on all things Queen Bey.

"Well this will be so dramatically different than anything you've seen her do in a long time," Portnow teased of the "Flawless" beauty's forthcoming performance. "It's really going to be a spectacular moment for us and for her for sure."

Beyoncé, who's tied for the top of the pack with six nominations (including Album of the Year and Best Music Film), is expected to sing "Take My Hand Precious Lord" before segueing into John Legend and Common's Oscar-nominated song "Glory" with the musical duo.

The 57th Annual Grammy Awards air this Sunday at 8/7c on CBS.

Beyonce to Perform at 2015 Grammy Awards

Klaudia//February 5, 2015
After starting off the 2014 Grammys with a bang thanks to her sexy chair dance to “Drunk in Love,” Beyonce is returning for a less sultry, more serious performance on Sunday, Feb. 8.

Nominated for six awards this year, the pop diva, 33, will hit the stage to sing “Take My Hand Precious Lord” before segueing into John Legend and Common’s Oscar-nominated song “Glory” off the soundtrack to the film Selma.

"We do have an incredible introduction to our performance,” Common exclusively told Us Weekly at the Tanqueray Trunk Show in New York City on Jan. 31. “A segue into our song ‘Glory,’ as a tribute to Selma, being done by the great Beyonce. That's one of the greatest talents you can have, helping us segue into it. To co-create a performance with someone like her. It's good."

Legend and Common already took home the Golden Globe for the tune.

A source tells Us that Jay Z’s wife will be introduced by her longtime pal Gwyneth Paltrow. Beyonce joins a staggering list of Grammys performers that includes Kanye West, Katy Perry, Madonna, Sam Smith, and Ariana Grande.

Beyonce to Perform in Grammys 'Selma' Tribute?

Klaudia//February 3, 2015
While 14 performers have already been announced for this weekend's Grammy Awards ceremony, there might still be a few question marks.

Billboard is hearing that Beyonce will perform as part of a tribute to Selma during the telecast. (Reps for the Recording Academy and Beyonce did not immediately return requests for confirmation.) Common and John Legend -- who are behind the Oscar-nominated Selma song "Glory" -- are already announced as performers.

Regardless, Beyonce is expected to show up for Sunday's ceremony, since she's nominated for six awards, including album of the year for Beyonce.

Already-announced performers include Madonna, Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga and many more; Taylor Swift confirmed Monday (Feb. 2) that she would not be performing, but would be presenting at the awards.

Beyonce Performing at the MTV EMAs?

Klaudia//October 31, 2014
It looks like MTV accidentally confirmed that Beyonce is performing at the EMAs! The broadcaster just uploaded a promo video to their YouTube account with the description: “Don’t miss Miley Cyrus, Beyonce, Iggy Azalea, Eminem and more performing Sunday, November 9th.” It could just be a mistake but the other three artists mentioned have already been announced, so maybe they let the cat out of the bag?

If Queen Bey does take the stage, it will be the diva’s first televised performance since that mesmerizing medley at the MTV VMAs in September. And if she does appear, it’s a pretty safe bet that she’ll perform the “***Flawless” remix with Nicki Minaj — after all, the femcee is hosting the event. See the cute promo video below and a screengrab of the description here.

MTV Video Music Awards 2014

Klaudia//August 25, 2014
Last night Beyonce attended the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards at The Forum in Inglewood, California. The singer closed the show with a nearly 20-minute medley of all the songs from her new album. Right after the performance, Jay-Z appeared onstage with Blue Ivy to present her with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Beyonce also won three other awards: Best Collaboration ("Drunk in Love"), Best Video with a Social Message ("Pretty Hurts") and Best Cinematography ("Pretty Hurts"). Congratulations!

Beyoncé to perform and collect Vanguard Award at MTV VMAs

Klaudia//August 7, 2014
All hail Queen Bey! As suspected, Beyonce will play a major role in this year's MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, Aug. 24. The "Flawless" superstar is set to be honored with the 2014 Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, the network revealed on Thursday, Aug. 7.

"Over the course of MTV history, the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award has been presented to exemplary musicians who have made an incredible and long-lasting impact on pop culture," an announcement on MTV's website read. "When it came time to choose the 2014 VMA recipient, one particular name stood out above the rest—global entertainer, singer-songwriter, and philanthropist Beyonce."

Bey joins an exclusive list of past recipients including Madonna, Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Beastie Boys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Michael Jackson himself, who won the honor in 1988. She's up for eight other awards, too, including Video of the Year, Best Female Video, and Best Choreography.

Blue Ivy's mom is also set to take the stage to perform at the 2014 MTV VMAs, which will take place at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. This will be her fourth time performing at the event; she previously stole the show in 2006, 2009, and 2011.

Beyoncé and Jay Z Perform 'Partition' at BET Awards

Klaudia//June 30, 2014
The Carters capped off the BET Awards with a surprise performance. While the couple was not at the actual show in L.A., they pre-taped a performance of “Partition” from their “On the Run Tour,” which kicked off in Miami last week.

Jay Z spit a new verse at the beginning of the track before Bey busted out her Crazy Horse-inspired moves on the pole.

Queen Bey also went home with three awards including Best Female R&B/Pop Artist, Best Collaboration (“Drunk In Love”), and the Fandemonium Award.

Watch Mr. and Mrs. Carter shut it down.
