Beyonce took to Instagram to encourage her fans to support the COVID19 Relief: "The impact of this pandemic is far reaching, and it’s going to take each and everyone of us to help make a difference. If one of the organizations we are supporting speaks to your heart, you can join us and contribute by clicking the link in my bio." Click here to donate and read more about the relief below:

Communities of color are suffering by epic proportions due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Many families live in underserved areas with homes that make it harder to practice social distancing. Communities that were already lacking funds for education, health and housing are now faced with alarming ifection rates and fatalities. And these communities lack access to testing and equitable healthcare.

Beyonce's BeyGOOD is supporting organizations that are on the ground 24/7, including United Memorial Center, Bread of Life, Matthew 25 and others, to address these dire needs in some of the hardest hit areas, providing basic necessities, including food, water, cleaning supplies, medicines, face masks, and personal hygiene items. Void of these basic necessities, mental burdens are also accelerated.

To address these needs, BeyGOOD teams up with Jack Dorsey's #startsmall to donate $6 million to local community-based organizations, UCLA and the National Alliance in Mental Illness (NAMI) in providing mental wellness services in Houston, New York, New Orleans and Detroit.

These are unprecedented times and it will take our collective efforts to make a difference.

Beyoncé Set to Perform at City of Hope Gala

Klaudia//September 17, 2018
It was announced today that global icon Beyoncé will perform at the City of Hope gala on October 11 in Los Angeles. This will mark her first solo performance following the successful run of the biggest tour of the summer, with JAY-Z. OTRII stadium tour started in Cardiff, UK in June and is scheduled to wrap on October 4 in Seattle, Washington.

City of Hope, a world-renowned independent research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases, is honoring Jon Platt, Chairman and CEO of Warner/Chappell Music, with its prestigious Spirit of Life® award. Platt has worked with Beyoncé since 2005.

Inspired by the guiding humanitarian principles of City of Hope and motivated by the institution's commitment to innovative medical research and compassionate patient care, a group of key industry executives founded the charity’s Music, Film and Entertainment Industry Group in 1973. In its 45-year history, the group has raised more than $118 million for City of Hope and has honored some of the most important figures in the music and entertainment industry.

The evening’s host will be producer/entertainer Pharrell Williams and JAY-Z, multi-Grammy winner/entrepreneur, will present the award to Platt.

“Beyoncé agreed to perform without a moment’s hesitation, and that wasn’t just for me,” said Jon Platt. “She wanted to be part of our celebration for the patients, doctors, scientists, and nurses who make City of Hope a place where miracles can happen. That’s what makes her a cultural icon. She’s not only a genius, in a class of her own, but she has phenomenal heart and soul, and she knows how to use them. This event is going to be one for the ages.”

Beyoncé And JAY-Z Announce A New Scholarship Program

Klaudia//August 26, 2018
Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and Shawn "JAY-Z" Carter announce a new scholarship program that will award one exceptional senior high school student, with financial needs, 100K to put toward their enrollment in a college or university for the academic year 2018-2019. The award will serve as a dedicated university-based fund for each selected student throughout the duration of the student's enrollment.

This back to school season, students in OTRll Tour markets, who are preparing for college, will be chosen by Boys and Girls Club of America. Qualified students must demonstrate academic excellence and show financial needs that would make it hard for them to enter a college or university for the academic year 2018-2019.

The markets will include Atlanta, where the OTRll Tour plays at Mercedes Benz Stadium Saturday, August 25 and Sunday, August 26, Orlando, Miami, Arlington, New Orleans, Houston, Phoenix, Los Angeles, San Diego, Santa Clara and Seattle.

The Carters have had a long history of helping students with The Shawn Carter Foundation spearheading college tours to HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities) and providing scholarships to college bound students nationwide

Beyoncé, through her BeyGOOD initiative, created the Formation Scholars Award, a merit program, in 2017 to help female students start or further their college education, and this year announced the Homecoming Scholars Award, a second merit program, opened to qualified students, regardless of gender, to enter or continue their studies at one of eight HBCUs.

Beyoncé Is Collaborating With Balmain on a Charitable Capsule Collection

Klaudia//July 11, 2018
Just before Coachella was rechristened Beychella, Beyoncé Knowles and Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing had an idea. It happened in a rehearsal, while Beyoncé and her dancers were practicing in their Balmain-made looks inspired by the marching band uniforms of America’s historically black colleges and universities. “When she saw all the dancers loving the outfit—and she was loving her own outfit—she realized that what we were creating on stage for her, for all the dancers, was something really impactful,” says Rousteing. It clicked: Why not make a Beyoncé x Balmain collaboration that could make those poignant graphics available to all of Bey’s fans clamoring for a piece of history?

On Friday, July 13, Balmain will launch a three-piece Balmain x Beyoncé collection in its Paris flagship, with the items going on sale on balmain.com and beyonce.com the following day. Comprised of the yellow and pink sweatshirts Beyoncé wore on stage at Coachella, the collection also includes a black tee with the same sorority-inspired graphic.

“I worked really long with her on the Beychella moments, and the fact that we can release this collaboration that is based on our creativity, Beyoncé and I, is really a big, big step for fashion and music together,” continues the designer. “Beyoncé, she’s such a perfectionist; she’s someone that is so strong and has such a great point of view. She’s about feminism, empowering women, and the idea of bringing that collaboration where we can share the same ideas, the same vision of music, the same vision of fashion, the same vision of what is going on in the world, it’s more than just clothes. It’s a strong message, and I’m really proud to be a part of that.”

Beyonce showers Scotland's sick kids with gifts

Klaudia//June 13, 2018
Superstar Beyonce has showered gifts on some of Scotland’s sick kids through a charity campaigner who devotes his life to making children’s dreams come true.

Queen Bey and husband Jay-Z wowed thousands of fans at Hampden on Saturday night during their On the Run II world tour.

And the music icon decided she wanted to give something back to charities in Glasgow.

One was the John O’Byrne Foundation, who aim to put the smiles back on sick children’s faces.

The foundation were gifted eight pairs of specially-made shoes for Beyonce’s dance crew.

The donation also included a stunning crib for a baby, which John plans to give to a family in need.

John O’Bryne, who battles brittle bone disease, started the charity four years ago with £50.

He had three children at the gig on Saturday with their parents and will give each kid a pair of the shoes. He also plans to give a pair to a child who was too sick to make the concert.
