Beyonce Wins Best R&B Act at WMAs
After a three-year hiatus, the massive World Music Awards returned on May 27 with a decked out ceremony in Monaco. Beyonce was nominated solo and with Destiny's Child in 13 categories and took home Best R&B Act! However, she wasn't there to claim the award.
