Beyoncé Has the No. 1 Selling Celebrity Fragrance Line!

Yet another milestone for the fabulous Mrs. Carter!

Not only do we give Beyoncé kudos for undergoing a bold new cut, but she can now add “fragrance mogul” to her ever-expanding list of accomplishments.

Her “Heat” collection of signature scents has just been named the best-selling celebrity fragrance brand worldwide. Since 2010 she’s launched six, to be exact — the latest is a limited edition of Heat for her Mrs. Carter Show world tour (now available at Beyonce.com). If you missed the show, it’s the best-smelling alternative.

And if you collect all six scents, you can spray them depending on which Beyoncé banger you’re in the mood to dance to — spritzing Heat Rush for “Crazy In Love,” Midnight Heat for “Party,” or N.Y.C. Pulse for “Run the World.” Add the original scents (Heat and Pulse) for a complete collection.

UPDATE: According to WWD, Beyoncé’s fragrance house has done upward of $400 million at retail globally.

Beyonce Is Releasing A New Fragrance!

Beyonce is adding yet another scent to the collection of her fragrances: Beyoncé Heat The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour Limited Edition! She said: "I love my music, I love performing and most of all I love and appreciate my fans. I wanted to give them a special remembrance of this tour and I created this scent to reflect the power, passion and playfulness I put into my performances." The new Fresh Fruity Floral fragrance will include notes of: Pink Pepper, Organic Acai Pulp, Mangosteen, Brassia Edua Loo Orchid, Indian Sambac Jasmine, Violet Petals, Organic Indonesian Vetiver, Australian Sandalwood and Madagascar Vanilla.

New fragrance: Beyonce Pulse NYC

Beyoncé will launch Beyoncé Pulse NYC, a new flanker to 2011′s Beyoncé Pulse, in January. Beyoncé Pulse NYC is a tribute to New York City and an ‘olfactory journey’ to the city’s hot spots.

Beyoncé Pulse NYC was developed by perfumer Carlos Vinals; notes include raspberry, pomegranate, pear, peon, jasmine, orchid, red velvet cupcake, patchouli, cashmere woods and amber.

Beyoncé Pulse NYC will be available in 15, 30 and 50 ml Eau de Parfum.

Beyoncé Launches Midnight Heat

Pop diva Beyoncé launched her first perfume Heat in 2010. After the original, Heat Ultimate Elixir and Heat Rush also appeared on the market. In 2012, Beyoncé launches the latest, more sensual than the previous ones Midnight Heat. Midnight Heat exudes passion in the air and embodies excitement of hot summer nights. It opens with rich fruity flavors of plum from Armenia and star fruit. Orchid, black tulips and purple peony form the heart that gradually turns into the oriental base of warm amber, sandalwood and patchouli. The fragrance is available as 15, 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

Beyonce Releases Pulse Summer Edition

Beyonce launches a new version of the original fragrance Pulse intended for summer—Pulse Summer Edition. The scent is described as a fresh, playful, optimistic and upbeat summer time complement to the original. “Life is a flirt. Love is a game. The sky is your limit. Beyoncé Pulse Summer Edition gives you a burst of the inexplicable energy you feel during the Summer. It will leave you feeling great, ready to conquer anything, as if nothing and no one could ever resist you." Its composition is floral-fruity with fresh sparkling top notes and a creamy base. The top notes include icy mandarin, pear and pink pepper. The heart is exotic and floral, featuring ginger orchid, jasmine and orange blossom. The creamy base is composed of sapphire woods, musk and benzoin. The fragrance is available as 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

'Pulse' Wins 2011 Holography Award

The eye catching packaging for the Beyoncé 'Pulse' perfume collection has won the International Hologram Manufacturers Association's (IHMA) award for the exceptional use of a hologram or holographic material for decorative and promotional purposes. Hazen Paper Company, Curtis Packaging and Coty Inc, USA, picked up the 'Best Applied Decorative Product' award for a holographic-based solution which seamlessly wraps all the panels of the box to create a 3D burst effect focused on the product name. The hologram is partly over-printed in a radiant purple so that shafts of silver holographic light radiate from Beyoncé Pulse. The packaging comes in eight different sizes and in a windowed boxed set which features the un-printed hologram on the back internal wall of the pack to highlight the products in front of it. The award was presented at HolopackHolo-printŸ, The Holography Conference, in Las Vegas, Nevada in November.

Beyoncé Talks About Womanhood and Sensuality

Impending motherhood is definitely treating Beyoncé well. When the 30-year-old launched her third perfume, Pulse, in New York City, she couldn't stop gushing about how wonderful it is to be a woman. "Everything that I always wanted is happening," the singer told OMG! "It happens in God's time, and I am happy it is happening now. It is the best time of my life." Some of the few successes going on in her life include her House of Dereon fashion line in London, her platinum album, 4, the release of her third fragrance, and a bun in the oven with husband Jay-Z. "The fact that I am a woman is such a gift. And I am about to give the biggest gift a human can ever have," she says. "I just feel so strong. It is like a miracle." As for her latest fragrance, which has a warm mix of citrus gourmand, Madagascar vanilla and bluebird orchid, Beyoncé shared her source for inspiration — Hollywood. "I just think about Elizabeth Taylor and all of the icons that I respect, and they have their own scent. I think it is a part of being an icon," she said. "For me to be one of those women, I don't take it lightly." "I believe all women have that sensuality and power within them, and hopefully this fragrance can enhance that, bring that out, and leave a lasting impression on everyone you pass by," Beyoncé said. "For me, is the last accessory when I get ready. It makes me feel so confident." Speaking of Hollywood legends, Bey will be teaming up with one in the upcoming year. She will be the leading lady in director Clint Eastwood's remake of the Barbara Streisand movie, A Star Is Born. Production will start next year, but Beyoncé has already began working on the soundtrack.
