Brianna Perry Is "Thrilled" Beyonce Posted Her Video
It's really amazing to have fans, but it's ABSOLUTELY amazing when Beyonce is one of them. Femcee Brianna Perry's been hard at work and it's beginning to pay off, especially when King Bey posted her breakout hit "Marilyn Monroe" on her official website. Talk about a co-sign! The Miami rapper released her mixtape Face Off, and now she's readying her forthcoming mixtape Symphony No. 9. GlobalGrind caught up with Brianna to get her reaction to Beyonce's posting her "Marilyn Monroe" video on Bey's official site. Check out our exclusive interview below!
GlobalGrind: What was your reaction when you found out that your video was on Beyonce’s official website?
Brianna: Oh, man, I was just thrilled, being that — all of my years that I can remember, back to Destiny's Child days, I’ve always been a huge Beyonce fan! You know, I tweeted “She’s my idol.” So just to have her just recognize me as an artist was just amazing, incredible and so much motivation. I was so excited; I logged on into the site as soon as I found out she had posted it. And it just went crazy.
