Big news for music fans and Citi cardmembers—Beyoncé is hitting the road for her highly anticipated Cowboy Carter Tour, and Citi is giving cardmembers exclusive presale access to tickets.  

Following the successful release of Beyoncé’s eighth studio album, Cowboy Carter, the namesake tour is set to be a cultural event like no other, featuring show-stopping performances, breathtaking visuals, and an energy only Queen Bey can deliver.  

Citi sponsored the RENAISSANCE World Tour and now we’re the official card of the Cowboy Carter North American Tour – bringing our cardmembers closer to one of the biggest names in music. See below for the key presale details:

Citi Presale Overview 

• Presale Starts: Wednesday, February 12 at 12pm local time.  
• Presale Ends: Thursday, February 13 at 11am local time. 
• How It Works: The first six digits of an eligible Citi credit or debit card serve as the presale code. Purchases must be completed with a Citi card. 

Not Already a Citi Cardmember?   

• You can apply for the Citi Custom Cash Card online, for a chance to get one step closer to securing tickets to see Beyoncé. 
• Instant Access: If you apply and are approved for a Citi Custom Cash Card (subject to credit approval), you may be eligible to receive temporary card details if Citi is able to instantly verify* your identity. Then you will receive instant access to credit card details and can utilize a portion of your full credit limit immediately.

*Citi Instant Access Process: Cardmembers will only have one opportunity to capture their temporary card details, so please take note of these details on the confirmation page where they appear. Once cardmembers activate their physical card, which should arrive in 7-10 business days, they will have access to the full credit line.
