Beyoncé Posts Tribute to Blue Ivy Following Their Mother-Daughter Performance

Klaudia//May 29, 2023
Beyoncé just shared a gushing tribute to her oldest child, Blue Ivy Carter.

On Friday, the music icon's 11-year-old daughter joined her onstage at the Renaissance World Tour's stop in Paris, where the preteen performed with her mom in front of 70,000 people. In a rare public comment about her family, the "Crazy In Love" singer celebrated the appearance, sharing sweet slow-mo clips of Blue performing among the back up dancers and striking a smiling pose mid-song.

"My beautiful first born 🙏🏾 I’m so proud and thankful to be your mama. You bring us so much joy, my sweet angel," Bey captioned the post.

Beyoncé Is Launching A Renaissance Pop-Up In London Next Week

Klaudia//May 26, 2023
For BeyHive members who were unable to secure tickets to Beyoncé’s Renaissance world tour, and her historic five-night residency at London’s Tottenham Hotspur stadium, we bring a silver lining to your sadness. Because the team at Flannels have got in “Formation” to bring you a complete in-store takeover by Queen Bey herself inside the luxury retailer’s flagship store in the capital.

The “Renaissance flagship” – which from Tuesday 30 May 2023 will be situated in Flannels X, the retailer’s experiential cultural hub – brings you everything you need to soak in the Beyoncé excitement. Even its exterior facade will transform into a 360-degree digital display that delves into the visual and auditory splendour of the Renaissance era.

“Crazy in Love” for tour merch? No fear. As the luxury retail partner for the Renaissance World Tour collection, Flannels brings you a 19-piece memorabilia offering, sold for the first time outside of stadium venues, including exclusive “London Has a Problem” and “Cuff It” tees.

Obsessed with Beyoncé and Olivier Rousteing of Balmain’s co-designed Renaissance Couture collection? Flannel’s has you covered. The “Renaissance flagship” is also playing host to an exhibition of twelve looks, complete with “Renaissance: Beyoncé with Balmain”, an offering of available-to-buy pieces that includes an oversized tee, dropped-shoulder hoodie and giant tote.

Beyoncé pays tribute to her musical inspiration Tina Turner

Klaudia//May 25, 2023
Beyoncé is paying tribute to the late Tina Turner.

“My beloved queen, I love you endlessly,” Beyoncé wrote in a message on her website. “I’m so grateful for your inspiration, and all the ways you have paved the way.”

“You are strength and resilience,” she continued. “You are the epitome of power and passion. We are all so fortunate to have witnessed your kindness and beautiful spirit that will forever remain. Thank you for all you have done.”

Her message featured a photo of the pair holding hands and bowing at the 2008 Grammy Awards, where they performed Turner’s hit “Proud Mary” together.

Beyoncé had two Tinas in her life.

Tina Knowles, Beyoncé’s mother, posted video on Instagram on Wednesday of her daughter meeting up with her musical inspiration Turner to rehearse for that Grammys performance. Knowles wrote in the caption, “I remember this day like it was yesterday. It was the day that Beyoncé was to rehearse with Tina Turner for the Grammys.”

Queen Bey took to Instagram on Sunday (May 14) share a loving post featuring a large photo of Tina Knowles-Lawson displayed onstage at the superstar singer’s Renaissance tour stop at Brussels’ King Baudouin Stadium. The post also included a short video of Knowles-Lawson excitedly cheering on her daughter from the side of the concert stage.

“Happy Muva’s Day,” Beyoncé captioned the gallery. “I love you so much Mama and I’m so grateful for all you do for me.”

The same sweet message also appeared on the homepage of Beyoncé website on Mother’s Day.

Klaudia//April 17, 2023

The music superstar, 41, was seen enjoying her rapper husband, 53, performing at Fondation Louis Vuitton alongside the couple’s daughter, Blue Ivy, 11.

The Empire State Of Mind star performed an array of his best hits at the venue to open the Andy Warhol and Jean-Michel Basquiat exhibit.

Beyoncé and Balmain Introduce Renaissance Couture

Klaudia//March 24, 2023
Olivier Rousteing should have been doing one of two things late last July; either finalizing Balmain’s spring 2023 collection, or heading off on vacation. Instead he found himself listening to Beyoncé’s freshly-released Renaissance on rotation. As he tells it down a call from Paris: “I was sketching and sketching as I listened, and sometimes you can’t control the emotion of your sketch. And I started to imagine the sketches inside her album, how they would relate to the songs and the lyrics—it wasn’t something I was supposed to be doing but I was just inspired by the music to do it. And that’s how this started.”

Once he did get to that vacation, Rousteing kept sketching his Renaissance-rabbit hole pieces, refining and shaping. Then when he returned to Paris at the end of August he made a decision. “I contacted Marni and B. And I said, ‘honestly, I want to create a couture collection with you.’ And they were like: ‘Wow, that’s a big surprise.’”

Added Rousteing: “My hope was that she would be up for something even beyond the work we have done together before… I wanted us to be co-designers.” To his delight, Beyoncé was into it too.

Over the last five months Rousteing has been working in partnership with Beyoncé and Senofonte. Their first task was to whittle down the 50 or so looks that Rousteing sketched in his musically-driven fever dream to a playlist of 17. And the second was to collaborate on the process of transforming those remaining sketches into a fully produced and realized Balmain x Beyoncé couture collection. The result is a suite of A-side looks that honor both the history of the house and the musical heritage of the performer. Two of them have been seen already—glimpsed at the Grammys and the BRIT Awards earlier this year—and a few others are soon to be revealed elsewhere.

Beyonce Says She Wants a Halle Bailey Doll

Klaudia//March 11, 2023
Earlier this week, Halle Bailey unveiled the collector’s gift of a lifetime—her very own doll as Disney’s newest princess. On Monday (March 6), Bailey debuted the new replica that fully encapsulates her likeness, down to the mole above her left eyebrow, for the upcoming live-action version of The Little Mermaid.

Meanwhile, some in the comment section suspected Halle was with her mentor, Grammy-winning entertainer Beyoncé, when she recorded the clip. At one point, another woman’s voice is heard off-camera saying, “I want one.” The “Church Girl’s” cousin, Angie Beyince, seemingly confirmed the hunch by commenting, “I’m w/ [bee emoji], I want one!”
