Last night Beyonce and Jay-Z performed during the Global Citizen Festival: Mandela 100 at FNB Stadium in Johannesburg, South Africa. The couple was joined on stage by Pharrell Williams and Ed Sheeran.

Beyonce posted an open letter to the late President Nelson Mandela ahead of her performance at the Global Citizen Festival on Sunday. The letter was also published in The Sowetan newspaper.

"Dear Madiba,

I first met you in 2004 for the 46664 AIDS Benefit Concert in Cape Town, and the impact you have had on my life resonates with me today and every day. Your kindness and gratitude for every experience, and your ability to forgive are lessons I have learned and will pass on to my three children. My entire family holds you in high regard.

It is an honor for me to travel to South Africa this week in celebration of you and your efforts to right so many wrongs. You were a strategic warrior, a bold activist, and charismatic and well-loved leader. Your vision for dignity, for human rights, for peace and a South Africa free of racism and apartheid, allows us all to turn dreams into reality.

Beyonce paid tribute to the late Kim Porter on her Instagram.

Beyonce took to her website to support the victims of the California fires.

"I’m feeling grateful for everyone before me who fought so hard to give us all the right to have a voice. We can’t voice our frustrations and complain about what’s wrong without voting and exercising our power to make it right. We need you. Last night Beyonce attended Diddy's Halloween party dressed as Flo-Jo.

Beyonce shared photos of her Halloween costume on Instagram! This year she dressed as Toni Braxton. She wrote: "Sending love and adoration to one of our talented legends. Thank you for the countless bops. Your tone, your beauty, your range, and your God-given talent is treasured. Loving you always. Have a Happy Halloween my Kings and Queens."

Earlier this week, the mysterious Roseivyou Instagram account popped up leaving many to speculate it was a major hint that a new Beyoncé is on the way; a few guesses being a Netflix special and even a joint album with Kelly Rowland.

With the Queen's love of hints (like 2015 Instagram posts with lemons during a time she would likely have been working on 2016's Lemonade), it made sense to many that something was going on, coupled with a video Kelly Rowland posted of herself singing along to an unreleased track with the lyrics "Rose petals at my feet," and rose emojis in the video's caption just a week before the account showed up. A source close to Beyoncé tells The FADER, however, that this account has nothing to do with the singer.

Fans have been deconstructing the page and its posts in the last few days, figuring out that the vocals in the snippet are actually from Beyonce's "Grown Woman", despite the account amassing over 23k followers in just a few days.

I guess we can all unfollow now.
