Stepping out for a little mother/daughter pampering, Beyonce Knowles was spotted out with Tina for a mani/pedi treatment in New York City on Wednesday night (December 7). The expecting singer braved the wet Big Apple weather as she and her mom stopped into Sakura Nails before emerging with bright blue nail polish to match her Christian Louboutin heels, all the while giving her growing baby bump a gentle rub en route to her nearby ride.

Eight months or so into her pregnancy, what are Beyoncé's cravings? Apparently, it's not ketchup, hot sauce or ice cream — it's cuisine of the Cajun variety. Beyonce, Tina Knowles and Jay-Z were spotted sharing a family meal at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen near Reliant Stadium on Tuesday afternoon, just hours before the next stop on Jay-Z and Kanye West's Watch The Throne tour: American Airlines Center in Dallas. True to form, the Dallas concert started 90 minutes late, according to Mario Tarradell, music critic for the Dallas Morning News. In the late afternoon, Twitter exploded with diners and wait staff excited to see the celebrity trio: "At pappadeaux's working and beyonce jay z and her mom are here lol that's pretty neat," said @_GinaMartin. "Aye Jay Z and Beyonce up here @ Pappadeaux grubbin and shid... They had bodyguards like the president," tweeted @AllRedAttire. "&shes BiG pregnant guys," claimed @Luv_Milan, and @DTooson noted that Beyoncé was wearing "a pregnant woman dress." Tweeters at the restaurant say that Beyoncé, Jay-Z and Tina were put in a back "VIP" section of the restaurant with a heavy security presence. Fans are still reeling from the celeb sighting (or the missed opportunity), but Pappadeaux's management is mum on the matter. One general manager told CultureMap, "That was a rumor. It didn't happen." However, when a waitress there was contacted she said she'd been told to refer Beyoncé questions to the general manager. The Knowles family is known to frequent Pappadeaux.

Taking care of some career affairs, Beyonce Knowles headed into an office building in New York City on November 29. The pregnant “Bootylicious” songstress was all smiles from behind a pair of black sunglasses as she strolled past in a black coat with bright blue trousers.

Nothing comes between Beyonce and her man Jay-Z -- or his music! Expecting their first child together this February, the spouses of three years have remained inseparable during Jay-Z's "Watch the Throne" tour with Kanye West. Despite her increasingly huge baby bump, the "Love on Top" singer, 30, has dutifully attended nearly all of her man's concerts. At the Nov. 14 show in Fort Lauderdale, the Grammy winner even skipped the VIP box -- instead joining the exuberant crow in the front row and dancing nonstop to his songs. According to one witness, "she took about 14 bathroom breaks…she barely stopped dancing!" The first-time mom-to-be popped up the very next night at the Jay-Z and West's Miami show --- where one amateur videographer caught her boogying and rapping to the duo's song "Gotta Have It." Beyonce is done performing her own material for fans until after the baby's birth, however. In mid-August, before she confirmed the pregnancy news to the world, she performed four sold-out shows at NYC's small Roseland Ballroom.

The Knowles clan is back in the Big Apple after a fun weekend in Miami, where Beyoncé attended a bash at her pal Alex Rodriguez's house. She and husband Jay-Z, who was in the Sunshine State to perform on his Watch the Throne tour with Kanye West, then hired a yacht for a day on the water with Tina, Solange Knowles, and Solange's son Julez. Pregnant Beyoncé wore a bikini for the outing, and covered up the two-piece with a kaftan. Jay-Z then went west to LA, where he attended the GQ Men of the Year party last night. On the carpet, Jay-Z talked about welcoming a child with Beyoncé and how he's different from his own dad. "I'm just a different kind of guy . . . I'm a highly principled person. I come from a real place where you had to be a highly principled person, so, I'm pretty confident that I'll figure it out." He went on to joke that their baby won't wear gold diapers, but rather ones made of leather!

Alex himself was seen hanging out with his guests at the house, which ex-girlfriend Cameron Diaz was a regular at before their breakup a few months ago. Beyoncé headed to Florida after a stint in NYC with her husband Jay-Z. Both Jay and Beyoncé are in the Sunshine State as his Watch the Throne tour moves through the South. He and Kanye West will perform in Sunrise, FL, today, and tomorrow brings a show in Miami. This weekend, though, the gang moves back toward the Big Apple for a Saturday gig in Atlantic City.

Heading home after a long day at the office, Beyonce Knowles was spotted out and about in New York City on Tuesday evening (November 8). The always-fashionable mom-to-be once again showed off her sleek baby bump style, wearing a super-trendy black blazer, matching belly-hugging top, over-sized blue crocadile print handbag and sky-high leopard booties as she ventured out into the Big Apple.
