Beyonce's Pastor Says She Gives a Lot But Without the Fanfare

Klaudia//August 30, 2017
Beyonce doesn't name names or drop dollar amounts, but she's still having a huge impact in Houston ... with the help of her longtime pastor.

Rev. Rudy Rasmus from St. John's United Methodist Church told TMZ how he and Bey are mobilizing to help Hurricane Harvey victims, but added she commonly keeps her charitable efforts undercover. Might sound weird, but he says Beyonce's just not flashy ... that way.

Remember, Kevin Hart called out Bey and Jay-Z to donate to $25k. There are also rumors she's already given $7 million, but Pastor Rudy -- who performed the Carters' wedding -- says don't expect her to confirm any of that.

As for what he and Bey are doing for evacuees ... he explained what Houston's going to need most in the coming days.

Laverne Cox casually dropped the news that Beyoncé asked the “Orange Is The New Black” star to collaborate on a new project. While the details are still incredibly sparse, Cox broke the news Monday on “Access Hollywood,” where Cox discussed the first time she met the Queen Bee and her Emmy nomination for “Orange Is The New Black.”

The actress wrote on Twitter: "Yes it's true. I am collaborating with @beyonce on a new project. #QueenBey herself. More details Sept. 6. #Beyonce #TransIsBeautiful"

Beyoncé launches BEYGOOD4BURUNDI

Klaudia//June 30, 2017
Beyoncé's BEYGOOD4BURUNDI and UNICEF have joined forces to help bring safe water to the most vulnerable women and children in the "Heart of Africa." Burundi is one of the most densely populated countries in Africa with nearly half of the population lacking access to clean, safe drinking water.

With your help, nearly half a million people will gain access to safe water, as BEYGOOD4BURUNDI and UNICEF will support building water supply systems for healthcare facilities and schools, and the drilling of boreholes, wells and springs to bring safe water to districts.

Beyonce Wins at the 2017 BET Awards

Klaudia//June 26, 2017
Beyoncé was the big winner Sunday at the 2017 BET Awards, taking a total of five trophies at the music-rich event in Los Angeles. She won for Female R&B/Pop Artist, Album Of The Year for Lemonade, and Viewers Choice, Video Director Of The Year and Video Of The Year for “Sorry,” the latter honor shared with Bruno Mars’ “24K Magic.”

The singer may have skipped the BET Awards, but she still delivered a message to the crowd, as she asked her protégés Chloe x Halle to read her speech after winning the Coca-Cola Viewers’ Choice Award for "Sorry."

"Thank you BET for this award and your tremendous support of Lemonade. This has been a journey of love, of celebrating our culture, honoring the past, and approaching the present and future with hope and resolve," the speech began. "Thank you to my mother Tina Knowles Lawson for being my biggest, biggest teacher and consistent influence. Thank you to my entire family for so much love."

Queen Bey also gave a shout-out to her supportive fans. "My BeyHive, for riding with me. I love and appreciate you," Chloe x Halle said, reading the note. "To everyone at the show tonight, you all look so beautiful and at home, thank you and have a wonderful, wonderful night. From, Beyonce."
