Gabrielle Union, Jessica Alba, Lil Nas X and more stars dressed up for Beyonce and Jay-Z’s epic Halloween party at the all-female members-only club, The AllBright, in West Hollywood. Stars flocked to Heidi Klum’s Halloween party in New York - but the East Coasters all attended Beyonce’s ultra-glamorous shindig.

The AllBright is an exclusive members’ club that provides an environment for women to connect, create and collaborate - but on Thursday night, it was transformed into a Halloween haven courtesy of Queen B and her celebrity pals.

Lil Nas X shared a photo of himself and Jay-Z, who was dressed as Vincent Vega from Quentin Tarantino’s film Pulp Fiction. Beyonce was most likely Mia Wallace.

Parkwood Entertainment's COO Steve Pamon's Interview for Billboard

Klaudia//October 18, 2019
Parkwood Entertainment president/COO Steve Pamon and his boss, Beyoncé Knowles-Carter, lead Billboard’s annual list of the most influential executives and creatives in R&B and hip-hop.

Executives Of The Year
Beyoncé Knowles-Carter
Chairman/CEO, Parkwood Entertainment
Steve Pamon
President/COO, Parkwood Entertainment

"Speaking of the Queen. She just called.” The words, spoken by Parkwood Entertainment’s head of public relations, Yvette Noel-Schure, stop Steve Pamon midsentence as he sits on a chair in the company’s midtown Manhattan offices. “Does she need me?” he asks. “No, no. She’s good. She’s good,” Noel-Schure replies. Pamon, who’s wearing a white T-shirt beneath a navy blue suit offset by a red-white-and-blue stripe on the sleeves and pant legs, relaxes into the chair and resumes speaking about his boss and their company -- that would be Beyoncé, “B,” as Pamon, 49, often calls her, and Parkwood Entertainment -- and the milestones of the 12 or so preceding months that have earned them Billboard’s 2019 R&B/Hip-Hop Power Players Executives of the Year honors.

Billboard To Honor Beyoncé With Executive Of The Year Award

Klaudia//October 18, 2019
Beyoncé is set to receive another major honor—as she should.

Billboard‘s third annual R&B Hip-Hop Players Issue, on stands Saturday, will spotlight major musicians and executives in the music industry, with Beyoncé and Parkwood Entertainment COO Steve Pamon both receiving the Executive of the Year Award.

The singer told Billboard that she chose Pamon as her COO because “we share a similar philosophy about business.”

“You don’t have to be an asshole to get things done,” she added. “It was important that I found someone with good character as a human being, with values whom I could truly trust, and someone who understands that my priority for my company is always creativity and art over commerce.”

Previously, the Morehouse College graduate worked at JPMorgan Chase, the NFL and HBO. Pamon also earned a degree from Stanford University.

Last night Beyonce attended the Tyler Perry Studios Opening in Atlanta. She wore Anabela Chan laboratory-grown diamond earrings. After the event, she posted the following message on Instagram:

"Happy Sunday. Congratulations to Tyler Perry on the opening of his studios. I could feel our ancestors’ presence. Surrounded by my heroes, I watched Denzel, Queen Oprah, Spike, Whoopi, Sir Poitier, Will, Halle , Dame Cicely and our angels John Singleton and Diahann Carroll honored. The Armand de Brignac crashed against each soundstage as fireworks lit up the sky. Generations of blood, sweat and tears, success, excellence and brilliance. It makes me so proud, so full, I could not stop crying. Thank you my Virgo brother for so much love and passion put into every detail. My prayer today is that you will take it all in. You inspire me to dream even bigger."
