Beyonce's Mom & Dad -- Divorce Off

Klaudia//November 17, 2010
TMZ has learned Beyonce's parents -- Mathew Knowles and Tina Knowles -- are no longer getting divorced ... at least for now. A trial was supposed to take place yesterday in Harris County, Texas, but nobody showed up, so the judge dismissed the case. It's unclear if Tina and Mathew have reconciled ... or just forgot to show up, but we're guessing since they both were lawyered up they didn't just forget to show ... rather, they made a conscious decision to drop the divorce. As we first reported, Tina filed for divorce in November of '09 -- one month after Mathew was hit with a paternity suit by Alexsandra Wright. A DNA test later proved the kid was indeed Mathew's.

Jay-Z Quashes Beyoncé Pregnancy Reports

Klaudia//November 11, 2010
Jay-Z has spoken out about rumours suggesting that his wife, Beyoncé, was pregnant. Jigga, who has previously dismissed the reports saying the press should 'change the subject', has now reiterated in an interview with Tim Westwood that Queen B is definitely NOT expecting their first child. Speaking about the pregnancy allegations on Westwood's Radio 1 show, the rapper stated: "No. It's not true first of all. But imagine that. I couldn't even fathom that." "But this is the fifth time they've done this. I wonder when the people are going to say, 'OK. We've done this four times already.'' He added: “When that happens I'll let everyone know. I definitely would not let the papers know before anybody else.''

Beyoncé Will Not Join Jay-Z On Australian U2 Tour

Klaudia//October 25, 2010
Beyoncé has confirmed that she will not join her husband Jay-Z in Australia this December when he connects with U2. In the past, the "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)" singer has joined her husband onstage during his concerts, but this time she will be hard at work on her next album. "It's not going to happen," Jay-Z tells Australia's Daily Telegraph. "I'm just shooting down the rumours before they start." Jay-Z also cleared up rumors about his wife's possible pregnancy, saying that there is "no truth" to them. "They do that every slow news day. This is like the fifth time. I think we have five kids now," he says. "No truth, but I wonder when people will stop giving it relevance? You can't do the same subject. At least change the subject, they have to find a new one."

Beyoncé & Jay-Z's 'Lovey-Dovey' Miami Visit

Klaudia//October 22, 2010
With rumors swirling that Beyoncé is expecting her first child, the singer was content to play the role of supportive wife during a party in Miami Beach with hubby Jay-Z on Wednesday night. The couple kicked back at the Delano Hotel, where Jay-Z was working with Bing to launch the DECODED search experience, an Internet scavenger hunt based on his new book. And though it was Beyoncé making headlines, she left the spotlight all to her husband. As the rapper gave interviews, Beyoncé slipped away into a poolside bungalow, where she ordered snapper, salad and sparkling water from the hotel's Blue Door Fish. "She was wearing a skintight dress that left nothing to the imagination," an onlooker tells PEOPLE. "There were no remote physical signs that she was pregnant." It wasn't until later that she emerged, smiling, to hear Jay-Z give a speech. "She almost went unnoticed. She really made it a point not to be in the spotlight, that it was his night," says the onlooker. "At one point, she actually introduced herself to a Jay-Z fan, who was shocked that she was standing there." Later in the evening, the couple retreated to a bungalow together. "They were adorable," says the onlooker. "She was sitting on his leg and they were watching TV. They were lovey-dovey." On Thursday's Ellen DeGeneres Show, Beyoncé's mother, Tina Knowles, denied that her daughter is expecting – yet.

Tina Knowles responds to Beyonce pregnancy reports

Klaudia//October 21, 2010
We have it straight from her mother's mouth: Beyonce is not pregnant. Us Weekly was trumpeting the news yesterday that the singer and her husband Jay-Z are expecting. The mag quoted an anonymous source saying, "B. was shocked" and "so happy" to be in her first trimester. And while Beyonce was snapped yesterday in Miami, where Jay-Z was promoting his upcoming book Decoded, Beyonce's mom, Tina Knowles, stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Show yesterday to talk about her new Miss Tina clothing line, in an appearance set to air Thursday, and denied the report. Said Ellen: "Let's clear it up. The rumors are that Beyoncè is pregnant. Are you going to be a grandmother again?" "I heard that but I'm here to clear the rumors up," said Tina. "The truth is that's it's not Beyoncè that's pregnant. It's me." Really? "I'm kidding y'all," said Tina. "I'm 56. No, no it's not true. Not right now." Ellen told her she needs to let us all know when Beyonce is pregnant and Tina said, "I'm looking forward to it." She added, "With all the rumors, by now I should have five or six grandchildren."

Mathew Knowles talks about Beyonce

Klaudia//October 20, 2010
Jamie: The Music World campus is impressive.
Mathew: Thank you. We have four offices. Here in Houston is the Music World corporate office. In New York I work out of my Music World Sony office. We also share a floor with Beyond Productions, which is the parent company for Miss Tina, which is exclusively at Walmart, and Dereon and House of Dereon. On another floor, Beyonce has her film company, Parkwood Pictures. In L.A., we have an office where we have our business affairs, licensing and A&R.

Jamie: Has Beyonce made any of her records here?
Mathew: Yes, some of her songs: lots of Destiny’s Child – Kelly, Michelle, almost all of Solange’s last album. Right now Tiffany Evans is working on her new album here. Fans, hopefully, are going to fall in love with her all over again. She’s something special. Most of the Music World Gospel records are made here at the Music World studios.

Jamie: Do you ever write music, Mathew?
Mathew: I co-wrote “Survivor.”

Jamie: (looking at more than 50 awards in a case) My gosh, do you have enough of them?
Mathew: (laughs) Just recently Beyonce wanted her 16 Grammys to put in her last video, “Why Don’t You Love Me.” Solange was one of the writers of the song, too.

Source: Beyonce Is Pregnant!

Klaudia//October 20, 2010
Beyonce Knowles better brush up on her lullabies. The 29-year-old singer is pregnant with her first child, the new Us Weekly reports. Despite the happy news, no one was more surprised than the singer herself. "B was shocked. She loves kids, but she wasn't ready to be a mother just yet," says a source of the singer, who married rapper Jay-Z in 2008. "She really wanted to get her album done and tour the world again." Still, another insider says that the singer, who is in her first trimester, realizes that "this is a gift from God and she's so happy." Friends of the couple are already expressing their well-wishes for the parents-to-be. "Jay has been all about family since I met him, and he's always going to be," record executive Kevin Liles, who has known the rapper for years, tells Us. "I wish them the best." Knowles' sister Solange -- and mom to Julez, 6 -- agrees. "She's got the most beautiful heart," she tells Us of her big sis. "She'll be a great mom."

Speaking to the Daily Record, she added that both Kelly and Beyonce have been very supportive and she hopes they'll get the chance to see her perform if they are in the UK. However, they won't be around to see Michelle strut her stuff for the first time on Saturday's live show.

Beyoncé on Lady Gaga’s Whip Gift: “It Was Great!”

Klaudia//September 15, 2010
The “Telephone” collaboration may be over, but Beyoncé and Lady Gaga still keep in touch. Beyoncé recently celebrated her 29th birthday and received a very thoughtful gift from Gaga — a whip! Beyoncé’s hubby, Jay-Z, held an after party on Monday following his concert at Yankee Stadium at the 40/40 Club in NYC. The husband and wife were in a hurry to celebrate inside with friends. But Beyoncé, after politely taking a cell phone pic with a fan, did chat with OK! about her gift from Gaga. For Beyoncé’s birthday on Sept. 4, the generous singer gave a gift of a custom-made diamond whip. The whip is reportedly worth thousands of dollars and made of hundreds of diamonds and leather — only the best from Gaga! According to reports, Beyoncé “squealed with excitement” when she opened it and it sounds like she’s still enjoy it. When OK! asked the star if she liked her whip from Gaga, Beyoncé replied, “It was great!” Apparently Gaga knew exactly what the birthday girl wanted!

Beyonce may 'sneak in' to watch

Klaudia//September 11, 2010
The biggest star in Strictly Come Dancing this year might be in the audience rather than on the dancefloor after Destiny's Child star Michelle Williams admitted Beyonce Knowles could "sneak in" to watch her. Williams, Knowles and Kelly Rowland sold more than 50 millions records in their time together and the singer, who teams up with Brendan Cole on the hit ballroom show, said she hoped her former bandmates would support her. She said: "I hope they get to come in and sneak in and sit up there somewhere or at least be backstage. I want my girls to be here, you know, we support each other and we are always on our BlackBerries chiming in and talking to each other and encouraging each other on our individual projects."

Details Behind Jay Z's Surprise Birthday Bash for Beyonce

Klaudia//September 8, 2010
As if Jay Z and Beyonce weren't adorable enough, we hear J Hova went out of his way to throw his wife a very special surprise birthday party this past weekend. On Saturday night, Jay made Beyonce's birthday one to remember by hiring out New York eatery The Darby, where celebrity pals Kayne West, P Diddy, Serena Williams and Alicia Keys joined the couple. An insider told the New York Post newspaper: “Jay brought a six-layer cake out for Beyonce, they were really affectionate. Cassidy played Stevie Wonder’s 'Happy Birthday’. The party went on until 6 am. “Both Jay and Beyonce's moms were there, but there was no sign of her father or her sister. Diddy was the last to leave. Jay filled the room with orchids." Jay loves to shower his wife with gifts, so we're willing to bet there was some kind of diamond surprise for her as well. So cute! Happy Birthday B!

Beyonce Gets A Whip From Lady Gaga

Klaudia//September 7, 2010
The American singer, Lady Gaga has presented Beyonce Knowles a unique birthday gift which is a custom made diamond whip, made out of hundreds of diamonds and leather. The eccentric singer has splashed out thousands of dollars on the gift. Beyonce was also gifted a matching underwear while Gaga sang Happy Birthday to her. Knowles squealed with excitement when she received her gift from Lady Gaga. It is said that this gift was an inspiration from Gaga's prison themed video for 'single telephone' which starred Beyonce Knowles. In the video, the duo is dressed in sexy leather and studded outfits while Gaga sports metal chains and Beyonce a tight black jumpsuit along with a chauffeur’s hat.

Beyonce's mother 'obsessed' with gossip mags

Klaudia//December 31, 2009
Beyonce Knowles' mother "gets a kick" out of reading gossip about her daughter. The 'Sweet Dreams' singer has revealed her mother Tina is obsessed with racy tabloid magazines, often buying up to 20 at a time while Beyonce stands next to her "praying" no one will see her. The 28-year-old star said: "You know what? My mother loves to read celeb magazines, especially the racy tabloids! I can't believe it sometimes. She'll go to this magazine store in New York and buy 20 magazines while I'm standing next to her. "I'm just praying nobody recognises me while my mom is stacking up those magazines! But she loves reading the gossip about celebs and movie stars. "I tell her a lot of the stuff isn't true, but she says she gets a kick out of reading all the nonsense that gets printed, even about me!" Even though Tina – who filed for divorce from Beyonce’s father Matthew this month - likes to laugh about the false stories written about her daughter, Beyonce couldn't cope without her, particularly when she is on tour. The star added: "My mom and my cousin are the leaders of my entourage. They're with me to help me stay grounded and relax and avoid going out on the town, which is something I rarely do anyway."

Beyonce heard it in the wind while cycling

Klaudia//September 22, 2009
Beyonce overwhelmed a young Sydney beats-based trio by randomly turning up at their Sunday gig and taking in the show from the front row. The singer and entourage took a cue from Pink by going for a cycle around Sydney, and stopped at the Cruise bar in The Rocks after hearing the vocals of Evelyn Duprai from the Eon Beats Trio drifting on the wind. "It was pretty daunting . . . when she walked in with her group and took the table two metres in front of us," said the group's DJ Jeremy Kirschner. The trio was playing at the bar's inaugural Sassy Sunday sessions featuring groove acts led by female vocalists. Beyonce's group had sangria and ordered "just about everything on the (lunch) menu".

Beyonce's belting it out takes a toll on her voice

Klaudia//September 20, 2009
Beyonce wowed Sydney over the weekend with her two mega-watt shows but belting out those songs seemed to take a toll on the talented entertainer. Insiders at her Sydney hotel report that the singer, believed to be battling a cold, was a keen fan of the chef's chicken soup to soothe her throat - with the broth being ordered into the singer's room at 2am on Wednesday and Thursday before Friday and Saturday nights' sensational concerts. Meanwhile, the spaghetti bolognaise was a hit with her carb-loading crew of bodyguards. After impressing Sydney concertgoers the stunning singer is set to wow other cities on her 10-day Australian tour.

Jay-Z: 'I don't compete with Beyoncé'

Klaudia//September 18, 2009
Jay-Z has said that he and his wife Beyoncé do not compete with each other in their respective music careers. The rapper told ShortList that their work is too different for competition to arise. Jay-Z said: "We're not in the same space at all. Not even a little bit. She wins that hands down. She might be the State Champion ten years in a row." Regarding a possible move into acting, he added: "I think I'd be a horrible actor. I think I'd get in the way. There's certain things that I won't do. I'm not gonna fake fight with someone. "In order to be a great actor you have to step aside to let the character come in. Until I can officially do that then I can only play myself in a movie for ten seconds. Jay-Z as himself." Jay-Z also insisted that he "can't talk" about how he proposed to Beyoncé ahead of their low-key wedding last year.
